This November, Freeway will return with his first studio album on Babygrande Records Diamond in the Ruff. Now, in a recent interview with Babygrande, the Philadelphia rhymer talks about his upcoming project.

Freeway described the album - which finds him reuniting with Philadelphia Freeway partners Just Blaze, Young Guru and Bink! - as "real Hip Hop." He explained that the album is grounded in his reality and features the likes of Wale and Neef Buck.

"[Fans can expect to hear] electricity, man," he said. "You know what it is - real Hip Hop. It "s gonna be crazy - Just Blaze, Neef Buck, Bink!, Marsha Ambrosius, Musiq [Soulchild], Wale, Vivian Green - it "s gonna be crazy…I "m a reality rapper, so I rap about things I do, things I go through, so as long as I "m moving around and I "m getting stuff to rap about, it "s gonna keep going."
