Half of DAS EFX Takes A Solo Trip

As one half of the early nineties -- literally -- underground, as in from the "Sewa," rap duo, DAS EFX, Krazy Drayz is finally prepping for the release of his highly anticipated, appropriately titled solo debut, ShowTime.

The stellar collection is being introduced by its double sided lead offering(s); "Two TurnTables" b/w "Put Em Up." Other standout selections on the ambitious set include; "Hold Dat," "Turn Da Heat Up," featuring Fredro Starr of Onyx fame, "Krazy Drayz" and the Smif-n-Wessun assisted "Rude Boy."

About DAS EFX: As integral members of EPMD "s Hit Squad conglomerate, Dray, along with long-time partner-n-rhyme, Skoob (that "s Books spelled backwards!), most famously known for their unique “iggedy sewa style,” dropped, count "em, five super solid albums; the platinum selling Dead Serious, gold certified Straight Up Sewaside, Hold It Down, Generation EFX and How We Do, which collectively spawned a succession of hit singles; "They Want EFX," "Mic Checka," "Straight Out the Sewer," "Freakit," "Baknaffek," "Kaught in da AK" & "Real Hip Hop," and, even despite these various solo endeavors, DAS EFX still tour around the world today performing to legions of dedicated die-hard DAS heads who can now happily rejoice because there are concrete plans for a brand new group LP sometime in the very near future.

ShowTime , which is being described as a "throw back to the "90 "s Hip-Hop with a current feel," is slated to bow on November 20th, 2012.
