Returning "Master Of The Mix" judge kicked off a party as the show now moves to Vh1.

On Wednesday (March 27), Smirnoff launched its Master Of The Mix season 3 with a party. Series " staple judge and mixtape legend Kid Capri deejayed the affair at New York City "s re-opened Marquee Club. The event was a promotion to the April 1 premiere of the new season on Vh1. Previously, the show was on BET.

Guests included MTV News " Sway Calloway and fashion designer Charlotte Ronson.

Season 1 "s winner was DJ Scratch of EPMD and Busta Rhymes fame. Last season "s winner was Phoenix, Arizona "s DJ P, who was a longtime affiliate of DJ Z-Trip.
