Rapper
Snoop Dogg and Norton team up for "Hack Is Wack" anti-cybercrime,
rap contest.
Rapper Snoop Dogg has just teamed up with software company Norton for quite
the unique online contest.
The contest, which is sponsored by Norton and backed by Snoop, will give amateur
rappers the chance to show off their skills by submitting a video (two minutes
or shorter) of them rapping on the subject of cybercrime.
Cleverly titled “Hack Is Wack” the contest states that participants
videos must consist of them rapping about cybercrime and the harmful effects
it can have on computer users.
Contests are asked to rap on one or more of the following topics: hacking,
identity theft, computer viruses, and protecting yourself against online crime
The winner of the "Hack Is Wack" contest will receive a pair of tickets
to a concert by Snoop, airfare for two to Los Angeles, hotel accommodations,
a Toshiba laptop with software from Norton, and the opportunity to meet with
Snoop’s management team.
