Kanye West is making plans for a star-studded hip-hop tour with Jay-Z and Lil
Wayne, following his doomed joint trek with pop star Lady Gaga.
West tells MTV.com, "One thing though that I "m gonna do, especially with
my tour this time, is I "m gonna keep it very, very, very hip-hop. Tour is like
church almost. It doesn "t really work if you got a Muslim-Christian church.
... What I figured out is I "m gonna keep the church really hip-hop."
He said his dream lineup would include rappers Jay-Z and Lil Wayne.
He adds, "I would definitely like to bring Nicki Minaj on tour, Rick Ross,
Kid Cudi. ... I "d like to do different tours. ... I "d like to do a tour with
me and Jay. I think that "s an obvious winner right there. A tour with me and
Wayne, maybe me, Wayne, Jay and Drake."
Last year, West had planned to share the stage with Lady Gaga for their Fame
Kills tour, but they called off the shows over "creative differences."
